►Si rammenta che la lista dei piloti che hanno aderito è puramente provvisoria se non si effettuano tutti i passaggi previsti per poter prendere parte ai campionati o ai singoli eventi. Le iscrizioni ai campionati dovranno essere effettuate solo ed esclusivamente sul forum del gruppo Gt Riders Italia nella sezione "iscrizioni campionati". Le eventuali iscrizioni inviate tramite mail, pagina facebook, forum steam o altro non saranno prese in considerazione. Ciò si rende necessario per rendere trasparente e fruibile a tutti i membri del forum l'ordine cronologico delle varie iscrizioni pervenute e per ottimizzare l'aggiornamento della lista iscritti presente sul forum stesso. L’ordine di priorità per quanto concerne le iscrizioni al campionato tiene conto:
a) dell’iscrizione, da eseguire nell’apposita sezione del forum, che sia completa di tutti i dati richiesti;
b) della data e ora in cui si è effettuato il versamento per la quota d’iscrizione;
I piloti che per primi effettueranno correttamente entrambi i passaggi saranno ritenuti correttamente iscritti.

►Per quanto riguarda le iscrizioni ai campionati si rammenta che:
a) i piloti, seppur regolarmente iscritti, verranno esclusi dal torneo se salteranno 2 gare di campionato senza avvisare non avendo più la possibilità di riscriversi al medesimo campionato;
b) i piloti che non saranno disponibili per qualsiasi gara di campionato dovranno comunicarlo sul forum https://gtridersitalia.forumcommunity.net/?f=8840491 al fine di garantire la presenza di altri piloti che si sono iscritti successivamente e che sono in esubero;
c) vedi articolo 14 punto 16;
d) sarà consentito ai piloti iscritti come riserva sarà possibile partecipare alle gare che si disputeranno sulle piste che offrono la possibilità di accogliere più di 24 piloti;

►Non è consentito divulgare la password del server, adibito ai campionati, ai piloti non iscritti al gruppo o che non hanno versato la quota per l'iscrizione.

►E' espressamente vietato utilizzare la chat durante le sessioni delle prove libere, qualifiche e gara. Tale facoltà spetta solamente al server del gioco per divulgare informazioni, quelle strettamente necessarie, ai piloti circa la funzionalità del gioco o per segnalare violazioni commesse in pista.

►E' obbligatorio munirsi del programma team speak 3 www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads adottato dal gruppo GT Riders Italia per le chat vocali. Non sono ammessi altri programmi a tal fine in quanto si è ritenuto necessario uniformare i mezzi per le comunicazioni. Durante le sessioni di qualifiche e gara di campionato è obbligatorio disattivare il microfono onde evitare di trovarsi sempre collegati con gli altri. La mancata disattivazione di quest'ultimo comporterà l'espulsione dalla chat. Seppur regolarmente iscritti i piloti che non saranno muniti del programma Team Speak 3 non potranno partecipare alle gare di campionato. Ciò si rende necessario per ricevere tempestivamente le eventuali informazioni relative ai malfunzionamenti del server o di Assetto Corsa. Durante le sessioni di qualifiche ufficiali e gara di campionato non è consentito utilizzare la chat presente all'interno del gioco di Assetto Corsa. L'utilizzo della cha comporterà l'esclusione dal server.

►Durante le sessioni di qualifiche ufficiali e gare di campionato non è consentito l'utilizzo della chat e della chat vocale al fine di non disturbare i restanti piloti in gara.

► Non è consentito partecipare ai campionati e/o eventi ufficiali del gruppo con hardware che siano diversi da volanti con annessa pedaliera.

►Il sistema di penalità del gruppo contempla la decurtazione di "punti patente" a seconda delle infrazioni commesse (come elencato dall'articolo 14). Ogni pilota ha 20 punti patente come punteggio di partenza.
Per i piloti che esauriscono totalmente i punti patente - una volta esauriti totalmente i punti a disposizione è prevista l'esclusione dai campionati ed eventuali eventi ufficiali del gruppo. Per essere reintegrati ed avere a disposizione i punti patente sarà necessario versare la somma di € 5,00 a scopo sanzionatorio. E’ possibile usufruire del rientro una sola volta per lo stesso campionato (nota bene: nel caso di piloti che hanno dimostrato una condotta di gara ripetutamente dannosa e/o negligente e che hanno già usufruito della possibilità di rientrare gli Admin si riservano di non accettare la richiesta di reintegro anche per i successivi campionati e/o eventi ufficiali). Invece per coloro i quali usufruiranno del reintegro al campionato (previo il pagamento della sanzione) saranno ritenuti come nuovi iscritti e saranno inseriti nell’elenco tenendo conto del relativo ordine di priorità (vedi articolo n.1).
Per i piloti che hanno subito una parziale decurtazione dei punti patente – in questo caso potranno recuperare 2 punti ad ogni gara svolta con un tetto massimo di 25 punti a patto che:
a) non prendano alcuna sanzione (sia in termini di secondi in gara sia in termini di punti patente);
b) portino a termine la gara anche nel caso in cui dovessero essere coinvolti in incidenti o nel caso abbiano la vettura danneggiata;
I punti patente che ogni pilota avrà alla fine di ogni campionato saranno ritenuti validi per il successivo campionato.

►Per coloro che involontariamente urtano gli altri piloti durante le fasi di gara si farà espressamente richiamo all'etica sportiva che moralmente presuppone che, chi abbia procurato un danno seppur minimo, consenta al pilota danneggiato di riguadagnare la posizione. Al termine la gara verrà monitorata da una commissione al fine di giudicare gli eventuali episodi che si verificheranno nelle qualifiche ufficiali e nel primo giro di gara. Per la restante porzione di gara la direzione gara esaminerà solo gli episodi segnalati come previsto dall'articolo 11 nella sezione del forum "Direzione gara" https://gtridersitalia.forumcommunity.net/?f=8784595. Per le sanzioni previste leggi i punti 11, 13 e 14 del presente regolamento.

►Nel caso di atteggiamenti scorretti e sleali (quindi volontari) riscontrati durante le fasi di gara, tutte le eventuali contestazioni e rimostranze andranno esposte nell'apposita sezione del forum https://gtridersitalia.forumcommunity.net/?f=8784595 a fine gara (e non durante). Una volta riscontrata l'infrazione solo la richiesta del pilota danneggiato può evitare le sanzioni al pilota trasgressore.
NB: Per gli incidenti che rientrano nella categoria volontari e/o gravi la Direzione Gara si riserva di monitorare ed eventualmente sanzionare, autonomamente, episodi in gara ritenuti gravi e volontari anche se non segnalati dai soli piloti che sono legittimati a fare la segnalazione ovvero da coloro che ritengono di essere stati direttamente danneggiati. Nello specifico si fa riferimento a quegli episodi dove risulta essere palese l'intenzionalità di provocare il danno al proprio avversario. Non saranno tollerate "vendette" o "colpi bassi".

►Per gli incidenti di gara, scorrettezze o anomalie, è stata predisposta una Direzione Gara la quale prenderà in esame solo gli episodi correttamente segnalati (nell'apposita sezione del forum Race Control https://gtridersitalia.forumcommunity.net/?f=8784595) ovvero:
--- Indicando la sessione ed i minuti del replay;
--- Il nome del trasgressore;
--- Una breve descrizione dell'incidente;
NB: 1) La segnalazione deve essere effettuata entro il termine di 24:00 ore dal termine della gara. Oltre tale termine non sarà possibile fare reclamo.
2) Una volta riscontrata l'effettiva scorrettezza verranno comminate le sanzioni che saranno inoppugnabili.
La Direzione Gara si limiterà a giudicare e penalizzare le infrazioni in base al replay ufficiale del gruppo. Nel caso il pilota penalizzato riscontri delle difformità tra il replay del gruppo ed il proprio replay (causa bug) dovrà inoltrare integralmente il proprio replay in team speak nella stanza denominata "Upload&Download" nella cartella replay entro 24 ore dalla pubblicazione delle sanzioni.

► Gli admin si riservano di disporre il restart della gara in presenza di problemi tecnici connessi al funzionamento del server opppure a causa di evidenti problemi di lag. A tale scopo si ricorda che è obbligatorio essere collegati in team speak ed avere le cuffie attive al fine di ricevere, tempestivamente, le indicazioni circa l'eventuale restart della gara.

►Tra gli atteggiamenti vietati in pista, che riguardano le operazioni di sorpasso, saranno sicuramente penalizzati: 1) i piloti che faranno traiettorie "zig zag". Si può cambiare traiettoria una sola volta; 2) chi stringerà la traiettoria del pilota avversario che, in rettilineo, esce dalla scia della macchina che precede. Seppur minimamente affiancati, la macchina che sta davanti da quel punto in poi non potrà più stringere il proprio avversario. Le manovre di difesa vanno attuate prima dell'inizio di tale manovra. Invece, in occasione di ingresso curva (veloce) o staccate in prossimità di tornanti lenti, il pilota che sta davanti non può stringere il proprio avversario se chi segue risulta ormai essere affiancato (occorre che la macchina che segue abbia raggiunto almeno la metà della macchina che sta davanti; da questo punto in poi la macchina che sta davanti non può più stringere la traiettoria di chi ha iniziato il sorpasso).

►Gli episodi avversi al presente regolamento saranno classificati a seconda della loro natura e intenzionalità come dalla sottostante tabella:

EPISODI e SANZIONI:

Importante:
- Si precisa che nel caso di un ritiro dalla gara, da parte dei piloti trasgressori, le sanzioni saranno applicate alla gara successiva.
- Per gli episodi che si verificheranno durante il 1' giro di gara le sanzioni saranno raddoppiate.

1. tamponamento.
- volontario (squalificato dalla gara) [- 20 pp];
- involontario (da - 10 a - 30 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 5 pp];

2. andare contromano.
- volontario (squalificato dalla gara) [- 20 pp];

3. non spostare repentinamente la vettura dalla pista quando si è fermi anche in caso di incidente.
- volontario (da - 10 a - 30 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 10 pp];

4. quando si effettua una traiettoria a zig zag (art. 13).
- volontario ( - 60 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 10 pp];

5. durante le sessioni di qualifiche e gara, i piloti protagonisti di testacoda, incidenti o che devono scontare la penalità (se attiva) inflitta a causa di un taglio, dovranno necessariamente (ed in modo repentino) fare attenzione a non intralciare i piloti che sopraggiungono.
In alternativa, possono sostare al di fuori della linea bianca che delimita la pista dal bordo pista avendo così la possibilità di rientrare in gara.

6. I tagli pista saranno sanzionati direttamente dalle apposite applicazioni di Assetto Corsa. Nel caso di un malfunzionamento, delle stesse applicazioni, per taglio sarà considerato oltrepassare, con tutte e quattro le ruote, la linea bianca di demarcazione della pista.

7. stringere il pilota affiancato in fase di sorpasso (art. 13).

- involontario (da - 10 a - 30 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 5 pp];

8. parlare ripetutamente nella chat vocale ignorando le direttive del server e degli admin durante le sessioni di qualifiche e gara (art. 4/5/6).

9. quando non si lasciano passare i piloti che sono prossimi a doppiare.

- involontario (da - 5 a - 20 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 5 pp];

10. è vietato il superamento del limite di velocità di 80 km/h nella corsia box. Si precisa che la macchina dovrà rispettare il limite di 80 km/h prima che tocchi la linea di demarcazione tra l'ingresso della corsia box e la pitlane.
- Involontario da 81 a 85 kmh: (da - 10 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 0 pp]
- Volontario da 86 a 95 kmh: (da - 20 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 2 pp]
- Volontario da 96 a 105 kmh: (da - 30 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 4 pp]
- Volontario da 106 a 115 kmh: (da - 40 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 8 pp]
- Volontario da 116 a 125 kmh: (da - 50 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 10 pp]
- Volontario da 126 a 135 kmh: (da - 60 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 12 pp]
- Volontario da 136 a 145 kmh: (da - 70 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 14 pp]
- Volontario da 146 kmh in poi: (da - 80 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 16 pp]

11. E' vietato, ai piloti protagonisti di incidenti o fuoripista, rientrare in modo pericoloso e repentino in pista onde evitare di arrecare danni o problemi ai piloti che sopraggiungono. Nello specifico non è consentito rientrare allontanandosi rapidamente dalle porzioni di pista adiacente alle linee bianche che delimitano la pista stessa. Questo vale anche per i piloti che sono arrivati “lunghi” e che intendono rientrare in traiettoria. Si precisa inoltre che non si può oltrepassare la linea bianca che delimita l'uscita della corsia box.

12. E' obbligatorio attivare tutte le applicazioni richieste dal format del campionato salvo deroga degli admin. Le stesse sanzioni sono previste anche per coloro che attivano gli aiuti alla guida non consentiti e non previsti dal format del campionato.

13. E' vietato fermarsi e/o frenare di colpo (e senza motivo) favorendo il tamponamento di altri piloti.

14. Per le azioni ritenute scorrette ma non indicate nell'elenco sopra riportato sono previste le seguenti sanzioni che saranno ovviamente comminate a discrezione della direzione gara:
- volontario (da - 30 a - 60 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [da -15 a - 20 pp]
- involontario (da - 5 a - 20 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [da - 5 a - 10 pp].

15. Nel caso il pilota prema il tasto esc sarà considerato come ritirato e quindi non è consentito il ritorno in pista. Il divieto vale anche nel caso in cui il rientro ai box è eseguito direttamente da assetto corsa.

16. I piloti sono obbligati a monitorare il proprio ping durante le fasi di gara e ad uscire se il proprio ping supera il limite consentito di 130. L’uscita dal server può essere disposto anche dagli Admin anche durante lo svolgimento delle qualifiche ufficiali. Nel caso in cui il pilota dovesse persistere nel restare nel server saranno applicate le seguenti sanzioni:
- involontario: ma senza aver causato incidenti o intralciato la gara dei restanti piloti (- 60 secondi nella classifica della gara in cui è stato commessa l'infrazione) [- 10 pp]
- volontario: i lag hanno causato incidenti o intralciato la gara dei restanti piloti (squalificato nella gara in cui è stata commessa l’infrazione e per la gara successiva) [- 20 pp]

►To make effective participation in leagues and individual events, you must do the procedures laid down by the Guide. Registration for leagues you have to report only on the forum Gt Riders Italia Group (refer to the section "registration for leagues"). Any submissions sent via mail, facebook page, steam or other forums will not be taken into account. This is necessary to make transparent and accessible to all members of the forum the chronological order of the various submissions received and to optimize the updating of list members on the forum itself.f.
The order of priority with regard to the League shall take account of:
a) of registration, to run in the appropriate section of the forum, which is complete with all the required data;
b) of the date and time that you have made the payment for the registration fee;
Pilots who first correctly both steps will be correctly registered.

►Riders who are enrolled in the leagues:
a) the drivers will be excluded from the tournament if they do not communicate in forum your absence for a maximum of 2 races no longer having the possibility of riscriversi at the same Championship.
b) are obliged to communicate in the appropriate section of the forum https://gtridersitalia.forumcommunity.net/?f=8840491 which will not be available for any championship race.
c) see article 14 point 16.
d) will be permitted for drivers entered in reserve will be able to participate in competitions that will be held on tracks that offer the ability to accommodate more than 24 pilots.

►Server password GT Riders Italy must not be disclosed to non-subscribers.

►It is expressly forbidden to use chat during free practice sessions, qualifying and race. This right belongs only to the game server to disseminate information, those strictly necessary, to the pilots about the functionality of the game or to report violations committed on the track.

►You must install the program team speak 3 www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads for voice chats, other programs are not allowed. During sessions of the Championship (qualifying and race) you must turn off the microphone in order to avoid of being always connected with others. Failure to deactivate the microphone will cause the expulsion from chat. Who will not install the program Team Speak 3 cannot participate in Championship races. This is necessary to receive promptly any information about server malfunctions or Assetto Corsa. During the qualifying sessions and race of the Championship are not allowed to use this chat within the game of Racing Trim. The use of the cha will result in exclusion from the server.

► During the qualifying sessions and races of the Championship are not allowed to use the chat and voice chat so as not to disturb the remaining riders in the race.

► It is possible to participate in leagues and/or official events of the group only with hardware that are steering wheels with pedals.

►The penalty system of the Group provides for the deduction of "driver points" depending on offences (as listed in article 14). Each driver has 20 driver points as the starting score.
The riders that finish the driver points are excluded from the Championships and any official events of the group. To be reinstated and have the driver points will have to pay the sum of € 5.00 for the purpose of penalties. You can use the return once to the same League (Note: in the case of drivers who demonstrated a race repeatedly damaging and/or negligent and that have already taken advantage of the opportunity to re-enter the Admin reserve the right to not accept the request for reinstatement even for the next Championships and/or official events). For those who enjoy reinstatement to the League (after payment of the penalty) will be considered as new members and will be included in the list taking into account the order of priority (see item # 1).
For pilots who have undergone a partial reduction of driver points – in this case can recover 2 points at every race held to a maximum of 25 points provided that:
a) not take any punishment (both in terms of seconds in the race both in terms of driver points);
b) finish the race even if you are involved in an accident or if you have the damaged car;
The driver points that each driver will have at the end of each League will be considered valid for the next Championship.

►Drivers who bump their opponents in the race (injuring or by losing positions) must allow the pilot damaged to regain the position. ---The name of the offender;
---A brief description of the accident;;
NB: 1) The report must be made within 24H from the end of the race. Beyond this deadline you will not be able to make a claim;
2) The verdict of the race control cannot be changed;
The race direction will simply judge and penalize infringements according to the replay official group. If the pilot penalized finds discrepancies between the Group and its replay replay (due to bugs) to forward your replay in its entirety in team speak in the room called "Upload and Download" folder within 24 hours of replay publication of sanctions.

9. When do not respect blue flags.

-involuntary (from-5 to-20 seconds in the race where the offence has been committed) [-5 pp];

10. it is prohibited to exceed the speed limit of 80 km/h in the pit lane. Please note that the machine must meet the limit of 80 mph before it hits the line between the entrance to the pit lane and the pitlane.
-Involuntary from 81 to 85 km/h: (from-10 seconds in the race where the offence has been committed) [-0 pp]
